Important information about the whois lookup:

Domain Names for which there were multiple applicants during the pre-registration phase have been placed on Registry Reserve pending further legal review. These names will not be available for open registration nor do they appear in WHOIS.

Because these names do not resolve in WHOIS they show as _available_ on our lookup, but they are NOT available for open registration.

The above also applies to those clients who have asked us to register a name & we have informed that the award hasn't been made yet. ANY application for a name that was duplicated anywhere else on the planet has resulted in all applications for that name put on hold until the outcome of a court case in the US is known.

So...just to recap. if your search shows a .biz name as available for the .biz suffix this DOES NOT necessarily mean that it is. We need to charge your card before we try & register it . BUT if our application for it is rejected then we simply refund your card in full &, of course, let you know the bad news if the name you wanted isn't available.
