Your right to cancel the contract.

Once you place an order for a domain name we will register this almost immediately. We pay for this with each order and cannot under any circumstances obtain a refund. Thus we cannot pass on a cancellation right for the registration of domain names. It is important that you do not make any typographical errors in your order. In the event that our hosting facilities do not meet your requirements in any way you may cancel the facility by giving immediate notice.

Newsletter/Mailing List

We will not pass on any of your personal details to a third party. You can opt out of the newsletter/mailing list by sending an email to us asking to be removed.

Security & Privacy

All online orders are taken through our secure server which has a current THAWTE CA certificate. This can be verified when you enter the secure server (via the order area) by clicking on the padlock which will appear on the bottom of your screen. This will supply details of the certificate we use and its authenticity.

Any credit card details you supply to us will be kept on our file. It is a condition of CARDNET, our merchant service provider that the information be kept for a minimum of 6 months. It is our policy to keep these details permenantly in paper format. We will NEVER charge your credit card again without your prior consent and would be in breach of our agreement with CARDNET if we did so.

Any credit card information is NOT stored electronically. The only people who have access to any personal information you supply is YNH Ltd staff. Our offices are manned Monday - Friday - 9am -5:30pm. Any personal information you supply to us is needed for contact details for renewals of our services.

Additional Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

• We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
• We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• Your Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Credit/Debit Card Details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We currently do not use "Cookies" and will not in the forseeable future. We will amend this statement should we use cookies in the future.

Complaints

We want to know immediately if you are not happy with any of our services. We will respond by return (within 12 hours or 48 hours if over the weekend) notifying you that we are dealing with your complaint and give you an estimated time by which we will have a fuller answer for you which, we would hope, will be later that day. More complicated complaints may take more time - please be assured we deal with any complaints as a priority and have never had a complaint which has taken more than three days to resolve.
